The new intervention aims to provide this place with conditions that allow the defense of the agricultural use of the vacant land and recover the principles of the old fence that endorsed the preservation of what was developed there.
By increasing the number of connection points, we promote new pedestrian crossings that are very desirable for a simple and inclusive circulation, thus responding to the entire community that passes through here.
In continuity with the great wall, the implantation of the 5 housing blocks allows the creation of generous pedestrian public crossings between the surrounding urban space and the sheltered interior. Living in communion with the agricultural character enhanced by the recovery of existing structures and the creation of vegetable garden areas in conjunction with orchard and meadow areas.
Now the interior of the enclosure is called the Agricultural Park.

A nova intervenção visa dotar este lugar de condições que permitam a preservação do uso agrícola dos terrenos baldios e recuperar os princípios da antiga cerca que permitia preservar o que ali se desenvolvia.
Aumentando o numero de pontos de conexão, promovemos novos atravessamentos pedonais muito desejáveis para uma circulação de uso simples e inclusivo, respondendo assim a toda a comunidade que por aqui passa.
Na continuidade do grande muro, a implantação dos 5 blocos de habitação permitem a criação de generosos atravessamentos públicos pedonais entre o espaço urbano envolvente e o abrigado interior. Vivendo em comunhão com o caracter agrícola potenciado pela recuperação das estruturas existentes e da criação de áreas de hortas em conjugação com áreas de pomar e de prado.
Designando-se agora a interior do recinto de Parque Agrícola.
