The intervention carried out consisted of a careful and detailed rehabilitation, with the aim of optimizing the interior spaces in an efficient and modern way. Focusing mainly on updating the kitchen and bathroom, ensuring that both rooms offered the necessary conditions for contemporary living.
At the same time, great attention was paid to the apartment's original architectural features and elements, preserving its unique and historical identity, while functional and aesthetic improvements were implemented that enrich the experience of the space. Thus, the intervention harmoniously balanced modernity with respect for tradition, resulting in a renewed environment adapted to current needs, without losing its distinct character.

A intervenção realizada consistiu numa reabilitação cuidadosa e detalhada, com o objectivo de otimizar os espaços interiores de forma eficiente e moderna. Focando-se principalmente na atualização da cozinha e da casa de banho, assegurando que ambas as divisões oferecessem as condições necessárias ao habitar contemporâneo.
Simultaneamente, foi dada grande atenção às características e elementos arquitetónicos originais do apartamento, preservando a sua identidade única e histórica, enquanto se implementaram melhorias funcionais e estéticas que enriquecem a vivência do espaço.
