Apartamento Flores
Located in the historic center of Bairro Alto and bica, it is part of the group of public interest called Lisbon Pombalina. The main objective of the intervention is to adapt the current store floor to two independent units (T2), providing them with suitable conditions for contemporary living, whilst respecting the structural condition and architectural heritage elements characteristic of the neighborhood, seeking a balance between the new and the old.
The first apartment, facing Largo Barão de Quintela, is well lit by six windows facing the outside and is organized around the living room/kitchen that gives access to the bedroom and the suite hidden behind the library. The access to the second is via the original door, which leads to a wide corridor that runs throughout the apartment, functioning as a distribution point for all rooms. In the center, the living room faces Travessa Guilherme Cossoul, while the kitchen remains in its original position, overlooking the patio. The main suite occupies the entire width of the floor, taking advantage of the two Facades.

Localizado no Núcleo histórico do Bairro Alto e bica, insere-se no conjunto de interesse público denominado por Lisboa Pombalina. A intervenção tem como objectivo principal a adaptação do atual piso de sobreloja, a duas frações independentes (T2), dotando-as de condições adequadas ao habitar contemporâneo, ao mesmo tempo que se respeita a condição estrutural e os elementos arquitetónicos patrimoniais característicos do bairro, procurando um equilíbrio entre o novo e o antigo.
O primeiro apartamento, voltada para o Largo Barão de Quintela, é bem iluminada por seis vãos virados ao exterior e organiza-se em torno da sala/cozinha que dá acesso ao quarto e à suíte oculta atrás da biblioteca. O acesso ao segundo é feito pela porta original, que leva a um amplo corredor que percorre todo o apartamento, funcionando como ponto de distribuição a todas as divisões. No centro, a sala voltada para a Travessa Guilherme Cossoul, enquanto a cozinha permanece na posição original, com vista para o logradouro. A suíte principal ocupa toda a largura do piso, tirando partido dos dois alçados.
